Over the last month or so, I began the transition to a clean [non-toxic and cruelty-free] beauty routine. The process of researching new products can be long and the you’ll often find the price for clean beauty products can be high. But as demand for clean beauty has continued to increase, retailers have entered the space to provide to provide affordable options, including Walmart, who just launched the skincare brand Earth to Skin.
I was so excited when asked to share this launch, because not only are all Earth to Skin products made with NO parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, mineral oil, sulfates, gluten, or animal testing…every product in the collection is under $10!

There are four lines with different key ingredients: Super Fruits, Honey, Tea Time and Super Greens. Each line has a different skin care focus and goal. With almost 30 options to choose from, I narrowed it down to five products to try.

I’ve heard a lot about manuka honey recently, so I was most excited to try the Honey line. I bought the Honey Manuka Cleanser and Honey Sheet Masks [4 honey sheet masks, for under $7, yes please!]. According to Healthline.com, “honey offers antibacterial and antioxidant properties, all while maintaining a moist wound environment and protective barrier, which prevents microbial infections in the wound. Multiple studies have shown that manuka honey can enhance wound healing, amplify the regeneration of tissue and even decrease pain in patients suffering from burns.”

I recently broke out so it was the perfect time to test the Royal Jelly Sheet Mask which “is infused with Royal Jelly as well as an anti-irritant complex that helps to calm, moisturize and soothe troubled skin”. My skin felt smooth afterwards and I will definitely be keeping the additional masks on hand for any future break-outs [which is sure to be sooner rather than later #adultacneisfun].

I have sensitive skin when it comes to cleansers, and while I did like the lather of the Honey cleanser, I personally favored the Super Fruits Blueberry Exfoliating Cleanser. It is gentle on the skin and didn’t leave my skin feeling tight or dry.
I also tried the Super Fruits Avocado Overnight Mask and Tea Time Chamomile Eye Cream. The avocado mask soaked in nicely [I was worried about it getting all over my pillow during the night] and left my skin feeling silk smooth the next morning. It was my first time using an eye cream and I do feel like I noticed a difference in the puffiness of my under eyes. It contains Chamomile Tea Extract, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Glycerin, Squalane and Jojoba Seed Oil to help reduce inflammation and reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles
