Outfit details: EVERLANE BOX CUT TEE xs + EVERLANE 90S CHEEKY JEAN 24 ankle – sized down one + EVERLANE WOVEN LEATHER MULE + EVERLANE MARKET TOE [sold out, similar]
You guys know how much I love my Everlane denim…and with the original cheeky jeans being one of my most-worn pair of denim, I was excited to finally try out their 90s cheeky jeans!

I went with the 90s cheeky jean in vintange sunbleached blue, for a classic wash, and they are a perfect vintage-inspired jean! The original and 90s cheeky jeans are both a straight ‘mom jean’ fit, yet they still have a comfortable and complimentary silhouette. And I love that the ankle sizing falls at a perfect length on my 5’4” frame, so that I can still wear the jeans with flats and boots–making them versatile and perfect for year-round wear.
If you are torn between the two, I would say the only difference I really noticed is that the original has a slight stretch [98% cotton, 2% elastane] and the 90s ones are 100% cotton. For the original cheeky jeans I went with my true size of 25, but for the 90s cheeky jeans I decided to size down one for a more fitted look.

And of course I’m wearing my favorite white tee–the box-cut t-shirt! I find the wider crop length is perfect for the french tuck without creating too much bulk. If you prefer a more slim fitted tee I recommend checking out the cotton crew and I also LOVE this air oversized tee for the comfiest tee ever [the clay color is my favorite, and I’m eyeing the new artichoke color!].
*Thank you to Everlane for partnering on this post! As always, all opinions expressed are my own.
Very nice casual look. 🙂
